Welcome to Conecta! Our greatest commitment is to create an ecosystem that simplifies the management of your wealth. To ensure this relationship operates with full transparency and security, we have prepared these Terms of Use. Here, we clearly and directly describe the rules for using our platform and our services.

By using Conecta, you agree to these conditions. Therefore, we recommend reading them carefully. This is our agreement for a successful partnership. The use of the Platform also implies your agreement with our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your personal data. We suggest reading both documents carefully for a complete understanding of our commitments.

1. Definitions

To make this document 100% clear, let's define some terms:

  • Conecta (or "We"): Refers to CONECTA INTELIGÊNCIA FINANCEIRA LTDA., registered under CNPJ No. 62.569.487/0001-85, the creator and administrator of the Platform.
  • Platform: Our digital environment, accessible via website, app, or even WhatsApp and email, where the services are offered.
  • User (or "You"): The individual who uses our Platform.
  • Services: The set of solutions that Conecta offers.
  • Personal Data: Any information that can identify you, directly or indirectly, such as name, CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry number), email address, among others.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: Personal data about racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, health, sexual life, genetic or biometric data. Conecta will only process Sensitive Personal Data if strictly necessary for the provision of the Services and in compliance with Law 13.709/2018 - General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"), always seeking your specific and informed consent, when applicable. 2. The Purpose of Conecta

Conecta is a digital ecosystem that acts as a link between you and the best solutions for your wealth. We simplify access to financial and bureaucratic services, connecting you to partners (such as banks, financial institutions, document agents, real estate agencies, insurers, technology service providers, data analysis providers, among others), data, and autonomy, all in one place.

3. Your Registration and Account

  • Veracity of Information: When creating your account or contacting us to use one of our services, you commit to providing exact, accurate, and truthful information, keeping it always up-to-date.
  • Account Security: Your account is personal and non-transferable. If you create one, your access password is your main security barrier and should not be shared with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

4. Our Services

Through the Platform, you will have access to a constantly evolving portfolio of services, which may include solutions for real estate financing, digital document agent services, home equity, among others. The procurement of each Service may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be presented to you at the time of procurement.

For the full execution of our Services, which aim to simplify the management of your wealth, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, Conecta may share your Personal Data with third parties and partners, such as:

Financial Institutions: For analysis and granting of real estate credit, home equity, etc.;

Document Agents and Real Estate Professionals: To expedite documentation processes and legal procedures;

Service Providers: Companies that assist us in operating the Platform, such as data hosting services, security systems, data analysis, and customer service. The shared data will be strictly necessary for the specific purpose of the service, and our partners and subprocessors are contractually obligated to protect your data according to the LGPD and not to use it for purposes other than those agreed upon with us. The processing of your Personal Data by Conecta has the main purpose of enabling the provision of the services and functionalities of the Platform, including, but not limited to: (i) creating and maintaining your account; (ii) processing your service requests such as real estate financing, digital document agent, and home equity; (iii) communicating with you about your wealth and available solutions; (iv) complying with legal and regulatory obligations. This processing is carried out in compliance with the legal bases provided in the General Data Protection Law - LGPD, predominantly for the execution of contracts and preliminary procedures related to you, for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, and, when applicable, with your consent. The specific purposes and their respective legal bases are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Our Agreement (Responsibilities)

When the processing of your Personal Data depends on your consent, it will be requested in a clear, specific, and highlighted manner. You will have the freedom to provide it or not, and you may revoke it at any time, without prejudice to the processing activities already carried out based on the previous consent, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

5.1. What we expect from you (Your obligations):

  • Not to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes to us or third parties.
  • Not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of our technology.
  • Not to disseminate viruses or any other malicious code.
  • To respect our brand and intellectual property.

5.2. What you can expect from us (Our obligations):

  • To keep the Platform functioning and deliver the Services as agreed.
  • Conecta implements and continuously reviews robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, communication, or accidental or illicit dissemination. These measures include encryption, access control, firewalls, and internal security procedures, seeking to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your data.   • To keep you informed about any relevant changes to these Terms or our Services.
  • If it is necessary to transfer your Personal Data to other countries, for example, due to the use of storage services or partners who have servers abroad, Conecta undertakes to do so only to countries that have an adequate level of data protection or by adopting specific contractual guarantees, in strict compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Law (Art. 33, LGPD).   • In compliance with the LGPD, if a security incident occurs that may entail risk or relevant damage to your Personal Data, Conecta undertakes to communicate the event to you and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) within a reasonable time, containing, at a minimum, the description of the nature of the affected data, the technical and security measures used to protect the data, the risks related to the incident, and the measures that were or will be adopted to reverse or mitigate the effects of the damage.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

According to the General Data Protection Law - LGPD, you, as a data subject, have several rights related to the processing of your Personal Data. Some of them are:

  • Confirmation of access: To know if Conecta processes your data and, if so, to have access to it;
  • Correction: To request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, Blocking, or Deletion: To request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive data, or data processed in non-compliance with the LGPD;
  • Portability: To request the portability of your data to another service or product provider;
  • Deletion: To request the deletion of personal data processed with your consent, except in the cases provided by law;
  • Information about Sharing: To obtain information about the public and private entities with which Conecta has shared your data;
  • Revocation of Consent: To withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation.

To exercise any of these rights, you can use our official service channels (chat and email) or contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) directly, whose details are available in our Privacy Policy. Conecta undertakes to analyze and respond to all legitimate requests within 15 (fifteen) days and in a transparent manner.

7. Intellectual Property

The Conecta brand, our logos, the platform design, texts, graphics, and all software are our exclusive property or that of our partners. They are protected by intellectual property laws, and you may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our express authorization. By using Conecta, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license only to use the Platform for its intended purposes.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any rule of this agreement, use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or by court order. You can also request the termination of your account at any time through our service channels.

9. Limits of Our Liability

We strive to offer the best possible experience, but, like any digital platform, we are subject to unforeseen events. Our liability is limited to direct damages proven to be caused by a failure of our Services. We are not responsible for:

  • Actions of third parties, including our partners. The limitation of liability for third-party actions does not apply to cases of damages resulting from personal data processing in violation of the LGPD, where Conecta has legal responsibility as a controller.
  • Misuse of the Platform by you or the unauthorized use of your password.
  • Technical or internet connection problems beyond our control.

10. Changes to the Terms

The digital environment and legal regulations (such as the LGPD) are constantly evolving, which may require Conecta to review and update these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy periodically. Whenever we make relevant changes that may impact your rights or the way your Personal Data is processed, you will be notified with reasonable advance (via email or a prominent notice on our Platform) about the modifications. The most recent version of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will always be available for consultation. Your continued use of the Services after the communication of the changes will be interpreted as your agreement with the new terms.

11. Communication, Law, and Venue

  • Communication: Our official service channels (chat, email) are the way we communicate.
  • Applicable Laws: This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code, the Civil Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet), and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
  • Where we will resolve problems: If we have a disagreement that we cannot resolve amicably, the Venue of the District of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, is elected to discuss it.
  • Data Protection Officer (DPO): Conecta has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to be the channel of communication between you, Conecta, and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
